THE CHICLET COIN of Philippine currency - 1 Centavo

These Philippine 1 centavo coins were square-shaped with rounded edges, so lightweight, and made a clickety sound.  Growing up in the mid-70s to the 80s, I thought these were part of my toys.  Until I found its distant cousin. (see picture below)

Uncut 10 Philippine Peso (currency) bills collection

Currency:  Philippine Peso   Php 10.00 bills

These uncut ten peso bills are part of our family's collection.  This particular ten peso bill was recently removed from circulation, and was replaced with a ten peso coin.  And who are the men in the picture? Philippine national revolutionary heroes Apolinario Mabini and Andres Bonifacio.
